Ingredients: 1 cup mayonnaise; 2 chipotle peppers in adobo canned; 2 cloves garlic finely minced; 1½ tsp fresh lemon juice; salt and pepper to taste; 1/3 cup sour cream stirred in at end (add an extra 1/2 cup to make a great chip dip); ¼ cup BBQ sauce optional — great with brisket
