Smoked Stuffed Mushrooms

- 1 packagecremini mushrooms (stems removed)
- 6 ozcream cheese (softened)
- 4 stripsbacon (cooked and chopped)
- 2–3green onions (chopped)
- ⅓ cupshredded Parmesan cheese
- ½ tspgarlic powder
- salt (to taste)
Instructions

Heat smoker to 220°F.

Mix all ingredients together except mushrooms, setting aside one strip of bacon.

Overfill each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture.

Slice remaining bacon crosswise into small pieces and place 2–3 pieces on each mushroom.

Smoke at 220°F for 20 minutes. Increase heat to 350°F and cook 15 more minutes until mushrooms are soft.
