Ingredients
- 3¼ cupswhole or 2% milk (can sub coconut or almond milk)
- ¾ cupwhipping cream
- 2.5 ozunsweetened chocolate bar (broken into pieces)
- 1 Tbsbutter
- 1 tspcinnamon
- ¼ tspground nutmeg (freshly ground is best)
- ¾ tspvanilla
- ground chile de arbol (pinch)
- ½ cupSweet Bean Granulated Sweetener
Instructions

Combine milk, cream, spices, and sweetener in a Cocomotion or small saucepan.

Warm over medium-low heat, stirring frequently to avoid scalding.

Once fairly warm, add butter and chocolate. Stir until fully melted. Heat to desired temperature and serve.
