Beef
- 4 lbsbeef, sliced thin (chuck, flank, sirloin, or your preferred cut)
- corn tortillas
- cooking spray (canola, olive, or avocado)
Marinade
- 1 cuporange juice
- fresh lime juice (juice from 4 limes)
- fresh lemon juice (juice from 2 lemons)
- 3 clovesgarlic (crushed or minced)
- fresh cilantro (large handful)
- ½onion (roughly chopped)
- kosher salt (to taste)
- coarse ground black pepper (to taste)
Grill Seasoning
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
Instructions

Combine all marinade ingredients in a blender and pulse until slightly blended. Coat meat in marinade in a bowl or resealable bag. Refrigerate 4–6 hours or overnight.

Preheat grill to 500°F.

Grill meat slices, seasoning the top side as it cooks. Flip when it releases easily from the grates, season the other side, and cook to desired doneness.

Rest meat in a covered container.

Spray tortillas with cooking spray and grill flat, flipping when bubbles form. Keep warm in foil.

Tear meat into pieces and fill tortillas. Top with cilantro, onion, guacamole, salsa, or your favorites.
